PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a holder for a scribing wheel which can prevent malrotation of the scribing wheel caused by foreign materials entering to a space between an inner wall of a holding groove and the scribing wheel, and a scribing device.SOLUTION: In a holder 40a having a holding groove 42 holding a scribing wheel 50, a groove 46 is formed in advance in the inner wall of the holding groove 42. In this configuration, entering foreign materials are discharged from the groove 46, and the malrotation of the scribing wheel 50 can be prevented. |
