<p>A projection system (20) and a method are provided. The system (20) includes a first light source (22) emitting light at a first polarization, a second light source (27) emitting light at a second polarization, a digital mirror device (DMD) (62) having a first axis, and a mirror (60) which is disposed optically adjacent the DMD (62). The second light source (27) is provided adjacent the first light source (22). The mirror (60) is disposed between the first light source (22), the second light source (27) and the DMD (62). The first light source (22) and the second light source (27) emit light that is reflected onto the DMD (62).</p> |
