PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor device capable of distinguishing a chloride ion concentration change in concrete of a concrete structure from a pH change of the concrete and measuring the chloride ion concentration change, and utilizing the measurement information for planned maintenance of the concrete structure.SOLUTION: A sensor device 1 comprises: a first electrode 3; a second electrode 4 arranged alienated from the first electrode 3; an insulator film 8 arranged on the first electrode 3 and having open holes penetrating in a thickness direction so as to cause a capillary concentration effect; an insulator film 9 arranged on the second electrode 4 and having open holes penetrating in a thickness direction so as not to substantially cause a capillary concentration effect: and a functional device having a function for measuring each of a differences between electric potential of the first electrode 3 and reference potential and a difference between electric potential of the second electrode 4 and the reference potential. |
