PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a radiation exposure level of a worker engaged in bagging work of contaminated soil in contaminated soil carrying-out facilities.SOLUTION: Contaminated soil carrying-out facilities include a sediment hopper 2 for storing contaminated soil 11 and a sandbag conveyance apparatus 3 for conveying the contaminated soil 11 stored in a large sandbag 10. The sediment hopper 2 includes a hopper body 22 for storing the contaminated soil 11, an opening/closing gate 23 for opening/closing a discharge port 22b of the hopper body 22 and a scattering prevention device 26 for collecting the contaminated soil 11 discharged from the discharge port 22b of the hopper body 22 and supplying the collected contaminated soil to the large sandbag 10. The sandbag conveyance apparatus 3 includes a large sandbag support device 32 for supporting the large sandbag 10 in an opened state so that the contaminated soil 11 supplied from the scattering prevention device 26 can be stored in the large sandbag 10. A load cell 27 for measuring a supply amount of the contaminated soil 11 to the large sandbag 10 is provided to the facilities. |
