PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sweetener composition having a temporal profile of an initial sugar-like sweetness and an aftertaste thereof, and/or a more sugar-like flavor profile.SOLUTION: This invention relates, in general, to a non-calorie or a low-calorie high sweetness sweetener, and manufacturing and usage method thereof. The invention relates especially to at least one non-calorie or low-calorie natural and/or composite high sweetness sweetener, at least one sweetness improving composition, and at least one functional component, such as various functional sweetener compositions containing anti-inflammatory agents. Moreover, the invention relates to a functional sweetener composition and a method of improving the taste of the non-calorie or low-calorie natural and/or composite high sweetness sweetener by imparting more sugar-like taste or feature. Especially, the functional sweetener composition and the method provides a temporal profile of an initial sugar-like sweetness and an aftertaste thereof and/or a more sugar-like flavor profile. |
