COMPOUND AND MEDICINE FOR SUPPRESSING GROWTH OF HUMAN CANCER CELL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compound which has high activity for growth suppression with respect to human cancer cell and has high safety.SOLUTION: A hybrid compound prepared by substituting a lactone ring of acetogenins into a nitrogen-containing heterocyclic ring derived from respiratory chain inhibiting type insecticide is further improved and, thereby, it is found out that the compound in which the specified heterocyclic ring is substituted with the acetogenins and a connection portion has activity for growth suppression to the cancer cell higher than that of a compound having the conventional structure and has high safety. Such a compound, a medicinally permissible salt thereof or hydrates of them and a medicine for suppressing growth of human cancer cell prepared by the compound, the salt and the hydrates are provided.
