PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clip nut which can easily ensure electric conduction between a mounted plate and the other plate fastened thereby.SOLUTION: A clip nut 1 includes a clip body 2 for holding a plate 22, and a nut 3 held thereby. The clip body 2 is formed by bending a metal plate and has a first piece 4, a second piece 5, and a bent section 6. Both pieces 4 and 5 have bolt insertion holes 4a and 5a corresponding to bolt insertion holes 22a of the plate 22, respectively. The first piece 4 includes a nut holding section 7. The first piece 4 is arranged on a front side of the plate 22, and the second piece 5 is arranged on a back side thereof, respectively, and the plate 22 is held by both pieces 4 and 5. The nut 3 is arranged on the first piece 4 by aligning a screw hole 3a with the bolt insertion hole 4a, and secured by the nut holding section 7. The second piece 5 sticks in the back side of the plate 22 when fastened by a bolt 21, and has a plurality of conduction claws 8 for electric conduction. |
