PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a plurality of torsional natural frequencies by changing vibration characteristics of a torsional dynamic vibration absorber.SOLUTION: A torsional dynamic vibration absorber 1 includes: a first flange that is attached to an axis member 2 and where a first axial hole 22 is formed along in a circumferential direction; a second flange that is disposed to form an axial gap in the first flange and where a second axial hole is formed in a position facing the first axial hole 22; a magnetic member 14 that is disposed to forme a specific radial direction gap in the axis member 2 so that one end is in the first axial hole 22 and the other end is in the second axial hole; an elastic member 10 that is deformable in a circumferential direction and supports the magnetic member 14; a coil 41 that is disposed outside in a radial direction of the magnetic member 14 in the axial direction gap; and a power supply device 45 for supplying current to the coil 41.
