PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a user registration support system and a portable communication device for reducing a load of input work at the time of user registration of an on-vehicle device.SOLUTION: A user registration application 193 of a smartphone 1 obtains device identification information on a connected on-vehicle device 2 and reads out profile information on a user of the smartphone 1 stored in a storage unit 15. Then, a user registration window 300 is displayed for receiving input of information on registration items from the user, and the content of a registration item matching an information item included in the device identification information and a registration item matching an information item of the profile information are automatically input among registration items to be registered at the time of user registration of the on-vehicle device 2. Editing of each registration item can be accepted on the user registration window 300 until a registration button 303 is operated. When the registration button 303 is operated, the user registration of the on-vehicle device 2 is performed on a user registration server 4 with the input content of each registration item as registered content. |
