Provided is an x-ray CT device able to rapidly obtain information for determining the necessity of repeat CT imaging. This embodiment of an x-ray CT device has a reconfiguration processing unit, a setting unit, and a control unit. On the basis of detection data successively obtained by means of x-ray scanning of a desired site in a subject body, the reconfiguration processing unit performs a first reconfiguration process executed at a first image thickness and a second reconfiguration process executed at a second image thickness on the basis of all the detection data obtained by means of the x-ray scanning. The setting unit sets the first image thickness on the basis of the pre-set second image thickness. The control unit causes the reconfiguration processing unit to start the first reconfiguration process in parallel to the x-ray scanning at the set first image thickness, and causes the reconfiguration processing unit to start the second reconfiguration process at the second image thickness after the completion of the first reconfiguration process. |
