PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas-barrier multilayer film which is a transparent film usable as a packaging material and the like mainly used for food, has a further excellent gas-barrier function compared to a film having a barrier layer comprising only a transparent vapor deposition layer and is tough in folding processing.SOLUTION: A gas-barrier multilayer film includes: a gas-barrier adhesive layer containing polyester polyol (A) having two or more hydroxyl groups and polyisocyanate (B) having two or more isocyanate groups; and a layer including a transparent vapor deposition layer.
