PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waist mat that has a carbon material having a sintered and graphitized structure, and in which the waist can easily fit and with which the waist can easily get warm.SOLUTION: A waist mat 1 includes: a gel cushion material 2 flowing according to a weight applied from above; a large number of carbon granules 3 disposed under the gel cushion material 2, and having a sintered and graphitized structure; a heat generation body 4 disposed under the plurality of carbon granules 3, and generating heat by electrical power; and an external skin material 5 for enclosing the gel cushion material 2, the large number of carbon granules 3, and the heat generation body 4. |
