PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitive resin composition which is excellent in sensitivity and hardly causes coloring due to heating, and to provide a color filter using the same and a display device.SOLUTION: In the photosensitive resin composition which contains (A) a photopolymerizable compound and (B) a photopolymerization initiator, an oxime ester compound represented by formula (1) is used as (B) the photopolymerization initiator. In formula (1), Ris a group selected from a group consisting of monovalent organic group, amino group, halogen, nitro group and cyano group, m is an integer of 0 to 4 and p is 0 or 1. Ris a phenyl group which may have a substituent group or a carbazolyl group which may have a substituent group. Ris a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group having 1 to 6 carbon atoms. |
