PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gable tile that is laid at a sleeve part of a sloped roof, and can prevent raindrops from dropping from a side face of the gable tile during rainfall and reliably guide the raindrops to an edge of eaves.SOLUTION: A gable tile is laid at a sleeve part of a sloped roof, and is composed of an upper piece part 2, where a tile body 1 covers a top face of a roofing material, and a hanging portion 3 hung downward on a gable side of the upper piece part 2. A thin wall part 4 with the thickness decreased is formed at a head side end edge of the hanging portion 3. Meanwhile, a recess 5, enabling the thin wall part 4 of an upper gable tile laid in a directly upper position to be overlapped so that a surface of the hanging portion can be flush, is formed at a hip part side end edge. A collar-shaped water receiving portion 6, preventing raindrops suspending along an end edge of the thin wall part 4 of the upper gable tile from dropping as raindrops, is formed at a bottom edge of the recess 5. |
