PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for separating two plates stuck to each other via a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet in a short time without damaging the plates.SOLUTION: The method of reusably separating two plates stuck to each other via a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet or a curable resin layer comprises: relatively rotating the two plates around a vertical line penetrating the opposing faces of the two plates as a rotation axis; and then relatively moving the two plates in parallel.
