PURPOSE: A fuel cell power generation system and a ship comprising the same are provided to improve an efficiency of a fuel cell by supplying modified gas and compressed air to a fuel cell by using expansion energy which is obtained by compressing and expanding LNG. CONSTITUTION: A fuel cell power generation system(100) comprises an LNG storage tank(110) storing liquefied natural gas; a liquefied gas compressor(120) receiving the stored liquefied natural gas from the LNG storage tank and compressing the LNG gas; an inflator(130) converting the compressed liquefied natural gas to convert into the natural gas in gas state. The fuel cell power generation system supplies one or more of a modified gas and compressed air to a fuel cell stack(320) based on the expansion energy generated during conversion from the compressed liquefied natural gas into the natural gas in gas state through an expansion.
