PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric dust collection device whose dust collection efficiency does not deteriorate even when used for a long period of time.SOLUTION: An electric dust collection device 1 is provided with: an electrification part 5 for electrifying dust; and a dust collection part 6 for collecting electrified dust in a ventilation path 4, and further, a washing means 7 for washing the electrode plate of the dust collection part 6 above the dust collection part 6. In the electric dust collection device 1, an ejection port 22 for making water flow only on a grounded electrode plate 11 connected with the grounded electrode terminal 19 of a dust collection part high voltage power source 17 is provided to the bottom surface of the washing means 7 to enable the grounded electrode plate 11 to be washed. Further, the electrode plate is connected with an charged electrode terminal 18 and the grounded electrode terminal 19 by being alternatively switched by a connection switching means 31 to enable all electrode plate to be washed. |
