PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toasted rice ball settled in inconvenience of losing adhesiveness of cooked rice grain itself, in distributed rice balls flavored and frozen.SOLUTION: Kneading pressurization is applied to extract adhesiveness of cooked rice grain itself to make solid molding easy. Further, starch or the like having no specific taste in itself is used to ensure the mutual adhesiveness of the cooked rice grain. Furthermore there is provided a toasted rice ball flavored with non-hydrophilic eel taste by applying toasted coating on a surface of the rice ball. |
