PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly control coordination between a portable terminal and an on-vehicle device by a simple structure.SOLUTION: An on-vehicle device 10 is mounted on a vehicle having a keyless entry portion which receives a signal for instructing keyless entry from a portable terminal, and executes keyless entry processing corresponding to the received signal. The on-vehicle device 10 includes: a communicating portion 14 for receiving control information including operation information indicating operation contents for controlling the on-vehicle device 10 and information specifying the portable terminal, from the portable terminal; a terminal determining portion 11 for determining whether the portable terminal transmitting the control information is a portable terminal used for the keyless entry or not; an operation acceptance determining portion 11 for determining whether operation specified by the operation information included in the control information received by the communicating portion 14 is accepted or not, according to the determination result of the terminal determining portion 11; and a processing portion 11 for executing processing according to the determination of the operation acceptance determining portion 11. |
