PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a body rinse agent bringing a satisfactory smooth feeling to skin without inhibiting adsorptivity to skin of water-insoluble powder though it is low irritative, and enabling a user to actually feel the same continuously for a long time.SOLUTION: A body rinse agent contains following components: (A) water-insoluble powder; (B) volatile silicone oil of 0.5 to 30 mass% composed of linear dimethyl siloxane of trimer to pentamer and/or cyclic dimethyl siloxane of pentamer; and (C) ethanol, and also contains (D) menthol of <0.08 mass% or does not contain (D) menthol, and in the body rinse agent, the mass ratio of the component (B) to the component (C), (B)/(C) is 0.20 to 1. |
