PURPOSE: A self-adhesive type finishing sheet for protecting an insulating layer of a cryogenic apparatus is provided to have excellent weather proof, chemical resistance and air tightness, thereby completely protecting an insulating layer which is constructed at a transferring pipeline of an ultra-low temperature liquefied gas from an environmental change. CONSTITUTION: A self-adhesive type finishing sheet (A) for protecting an insulating layer successively comprises an outside protection layer (1) consisting of a PVC sheet (1b) in which the aluminum foil (1a) coated with PET is laminated, and an adhesive property insulation protection layer (2) which is formed toward the PVC sheet and a release layer (3). The adhesive property insulation protection layer is characterized by comprising an adhesive mixture which consists of 6-15 parts by weight of butyl rubber (IIR rubber), 10-30 parts by weight of polybutene, 1-10 parts by weight of petroleum-derived resin, 30-50 parts by weight of magnesium hydroxide, 5-15 parts by weight of red phosphorus and 1-20 parts by weight of a filler. A manufacturing method for the self-adhesive type finishing sheet is characterized by a step which forms the adhesive property insulation protective layer on the PVC sheet and a process in which the release film is laminated on the adhesive property insulation protection layer. |
