PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that a barrel whose attrition attributable to a collision with slurry is unpreventable is needed to be replaced as a whole when having abraded away beyond a certain limit, and therefore the replacement becomes one of factors for a rise in maintenance cost irrespective of the fact that a barrel type liquid honing device is effective for removing burrs and coatings of a compact part to be widely utilized.SOLUTION: In a barrel type liquid honing device in which a plurality of workpieces are separately put into a barrel body which has a bottomed and cylindrical shape and is arranged so that its opening end faces obliquely upward, slurry is injected from an injection gun located obliquely above the opening end of the barrel body to the inside of the barrel body with the barrel body rotated along the axial center thereof to apply honing processing to the workpieces in the barrel body, and a synthetic resin plate is detachably mounted to the inside of a cylindrical metal frame, thereby constituting the barrel body. |
