PURPOSE: A rack for controlling the height of a roasting plate is provided to control the height of the roasting plate during cooking by a side angle control support board. CONSTITUTION: A rack for controlling the height of a roasting plate comprises a body(1), an angle control support boards(2,2'), a pair of roasting plate support boards(3,3'), an angle control plate(4), and an angle control bar(5). Both sides of the angle control support board are connected to horizontal frames(11,11') of the body by bending. The angle control plate is installed to outer end of the horizontal frame and includes a plurality of protrusion grooves(41) to outer circumference. The angle control plate comprises a fixing board, a protrusion board, and a handle. The protrusion board is connected to the fixing board and is fixed to the protrusion groove of the angle control plate. |
