Method for operating a steam power plant assembly

The method involves pressurizing a sealing area at a shaft (8) of a steam turbine (6) i.e. low pressure turbine, with a sealing steam. The sealing steam in the steam turbine is removed and cooled between removal and application of the sealing area. A multi-resuperheating process is performed within a steam circuit of a steam plant (1). An input side of a sealing steam introduction device (18) is connected with a steam removal device (20). A cooling device (24) is arranged between the sealing steam introduction device and the steam removal device. An independent claim is also included for a steam plant.
