PURPOSE: A producing method of ginseng tea with improved flavor is provided to enable users in every generation to drink the tea by improving the taste and the flavor. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of ginseng tea comprises the following steps: processing ginseng with amino acid by dipping the ginseng in an amino acid solution; hot-air drying the processed ginseng at 80-100 deg. C for 5-15 hours; pulverizing the ginseng into powder; and granulating the ginseng powder. The amino acid is glycine or lysine. |
