The invention relates to medicine, in particular to artificial halochambers, permitting to generate two types of saline aerosols - dry and wet, based on sodium, potassium, magnesium and calcium chlorides, in concentrations effective for the prevention and treatment of cardiorespiratory and psychomotor diseases. The first embodiment of the halochamber is designed for use in static regime and includes an anterior chamber, communicating with a treatment chamber with a floor covered with tiles of rock salt and walls papered with waterproof, washable sheets. Along the walls, at a distance of 20…100 mm, are arranged in the form of a screen aperture diaphragms, mounted in a socket system. The diaphragms contain salt loadings in the form of granules of a special composition. At the same time, the diaphragms are made of two rectangular frames, connected by two side flaps, the upper part of the diaphragms is made open along the entire length, and the bottom is closed with a crank valve. To keep the salt load in the frames is fixed a jacket of textile material with longitudinal alveoli in the form of bottomless pockets or two walls in the form of rigid plastic grids with the mesh size of about 1 mm.The second and third embodiments of the halochamber are designed for use in dynamic regime with dry environment or, respectively, wet environment and comprises additionally ventilation and conditioning systems, installed in niches constructed in the structure of said screen aperture on two opposite walls. It is also claimed a process for diaphragm filling through the upper part by means of a special tubular device with a screw. The used salt granules can be reactivated by methods, which include the sequential hydrothermal or non-thermal treatment, depending on the composition of the granules. The group of inventions permits to build robust artificial halochambers with an optimal level of concentration of dry or wet saline aerosols.
