The module has a door leaf (10) that is mobile on a motor vehicle between an open position and a closed position. A lower panel (12) extends from the door leaf towards a lower structure part (38) of the vehicle to extend the door leaf towards bottom when the door leaf is in the closed position over the vehicle. The module has a configuration in which the lower panel is integrated to the door leaf and detached from the structure part, and has another configuration in which the lower panel is detached from the door leaf and integrated to the structure part.
