<p>A method for treating a surface of a cutting tool includes first blasting the surface of the cutting tool using a granular abrasive and then brushing the blasted surface of the cutting tool. The surface condition of the cutting tool is improved, thereby achieving superior resistance to chipping while cutting a workpiece and excellent durability by means of improvement in abrasion resistance and toughness.</p> |
