<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a honeycomb panel which is firstly excellent in terms of a cost, is secondly excellent in terms of strength, is thirdly further excellent in terms of a weight, is fourthly easily shaped for curved surface, is easy to handle, and allows property impartation etc. <P>SOLUTION: Provided is the manufacturing method for manufactures the honeycomb panel 1 constituted by bonding surface plates 3 made of fiber reinforced plastic to both end surfaces of honeycomb cores 2 by applying an RTM method. Then, the balloons 15 are previously packed into cell spaces 5 of the honeycomb cores 2, and the balloons 15 expand and fill within the cell spaces 5 in a suction and reduction step. Namely, the honeycomb cores 2 to be prepared is that the balloons 15 made of rubber or a resin are inserted into the cell spaces 5 while leaving residual clearance spaces 16. The balloons 15 are expanded to spherical and other shapes within the cell spaces 5 to nearly embed and fulfill the residual spaces 16 of the cell space 5. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
