<p>PURPOSE: A battery protection circuit, a battery protection apparatus and a battery pack are provided to balance the capacity between secondary batteries by preventing the capacity of a sub battery from reducing. CONSTITUTION: A battery protection circuit comprises a constant voltage outputting unit (30). The battery protection circuit which is serially connected to several secondary batteries comprises a battery protection IC (10) in each secondary battery. The constant voltage outputting unit stores the maximized voltage of the secondary battery and shows constant voltage according to the controlling signal from the battery protection IC.
