PURPOSE: A semi-manual gait rehabilitation device is provided to enable users who have weak muscular strength to easily perform walk rehabilitation training. CONSTITUTION: A semi-manual gait rehabilitation device comprises: a pair of stages(30,50) which correspond to left and right feet of a user and move on walking locus; a stage driving part controlling the vertical position and horizontal position of the stages; one or more load cells(260,265) which measure the load which is applied to the left and right feet of the user; and a central control part(250) which determines one of the traveling direction and speed of the stages and controls the stage driving part.
