摘要 Disclosed is a production method of filter medium for removing fluorides from drinking water, which uses cheap technical-grade calcium hydroxide and phosphoric acid as raw materials to synthesize hydroxyapatite under a normal pressure and a temperature below 100 ?; employs dehydrating, washing, drying and grinding on the hydroxyapatite to obtain hydroxyapatite powder; adopts processes of pore-forming and pellet-forming, i.e. introduces pore-forming agent, pellet-forming agent, and adhesive into the hydroxyapatite powder to produce pellets having a diameter of 0.5-2mm, which are then subjected to heating and drying in an oven to finalize the shape and thus to obtain porous spherical hydroxyapatite filter medium for removing fluorides. The filter medium so made has advantages of high capacity, easy regeneration, long service life, low resistance to running water. The method has advantages of adopting low-cost and accessible raw materials, simple processes and parameters and easy control, which ensure its adaptability to large-scale industrial production and application.
