<p>The invention relates to an automated anaerobic fermentation installation for producing biogas by processing raw organic materials, to be applied in agriculture and in particular in medium-sized agricultural farms. According to the invention, the installation comprises an assembly of constructive-functional elements connected through pipes , starting with a collecting-mixing tank (1) where there is introduced, at the same time with the raw material, the mixing water taken over from the domestic water network through an electric valve (2), the formed mixture being taken over by a shredder pump (3), immersed and movable in the tank (1), ensuring the homogenization and the pumping of the mixture into a horizontal fermenter (4) in which there takes place the anaerobic fermentation and the production of the biogas, the resulting biogas being collected at the upper part of the fermenter (4) into a collecting storage reservoir (7), wherefrom, by means of a compressor (13), a suction conduit (12) and a central distribution conduit (14), a part of the produced biogas carries out, through a closed circuit, the bubbling of the aqueous suspension of raw material in the fermenter (4), by coming out through some bubbling funnels (15), the remainder of gas supplying a boiler (16) which converts the energy thereof into hot water, and for the thermal conditioning of the aqueous suspension in the fermenter (4) there is used an independent circuit which upon the control of an electric valve (17) and the action of a hot liquid pump (18) sends a heat transfer fluid taken over from the boiler to a coil (19) placed inside the fermenter (4), the cooled heat transfer fluid being taken over through a return conduit (20) in order to be send back to the boiler (16), the whole assembly being controlled by some temperature, pressure, methane concentration sensors (8, 9, 10) mounted on the output conduit of the collecting storage reservoir (7), said sensors being connected to a programmable controller (11) where a dedicated software is installed for the automatic process control.</p> |
