PURPOSE: Three-dimensional image stereoscopic perception control device and method, and a recording medium related to the same are provided to effectively reduce visual fatigue of a user according to watching of a three-dimensional image. CONSTITUTION: A variation extraction unit (110) extracts the maximum variation and variation distribution with respect to each frame comprising a three-dimensional image. A variation correction unit (130) corrects the extracted maximum variation and variation distribution based on information with respect to the pre-measured maximum variation a three-dimensional image recognition time of a user by variation distribution. A storage unit (120) stores the three-dimensional image recognition time information of the measured viewer.
