发明名称 ASSAY METHOD USING SERS ACTIVE PARTICLES AT A LIQUID-LIQUID INTERFACE
摘要 <p>PURPOSE: An analyzed material detection method at the liquid-liquid interface capable of using a surface-enhanced Raman scattering activated particle is provided to directly collect a SERS signal in the liquid without the necessity of the surface-enhanced Raman scattering activated substrate before the improvement of reproducibility and the SERS signal detection, and is provided to directly collect the SERS signal without an additional step such as an after treatment of the nano particle. CONSTITUTION: An analyzed material detection method at the liquid-liquid interface capable of using a surface-enhanced Raman scattering activated particle is comprised of the following steps. The hydrophilicity or the lipophilic property SERS activation nano particle distribution liquid is provided. A sample including the analyzed material is provided to the distribution liquid. The metal nano load is added to the sample. The lipophilic property or the hydrophilic material is added to the mixture of the analyzed material and the distribution liquid of the SERS activated particle. If the distribution liquid has the lipophilic property the hydrophilic material is added and if the distribution liquid has the hydrophilicity the lipophilic material is added. The laser is irradiated on the liquid-liquid interface and horizontally to the interface in the wavelength necessary for the conduction of the SERS activation. The SERS signal is detected and the concentration or presence of the analyzed material is determined.</p>
