The device (10) has a reading unit (12) for producing light beam that is moved in a scanning direction, and a detecting unit for detecting fluorescence light released by the beam in a memory film (30). A drive device (18, 44) produces a relative movement between the film and the reading unit in another scanning direction, and a deleting unit (14) is arranged in the latter direction behind the reading unit. The drive device is designed in such a manner that the drive device extends over the deleting unit, and a light barrier (46) is arranged between the reading and deleting units. |
