PURPOSE: A dimension quality visibility method of a dimension quality analysis system and a recording medium with a program are provided to visualize and express a dimension quality error based on a finite element method, thereby easily performing a dimension quality analysis task. CONSTITUTION: A shape model for an object structure is provided, and a finite element network for analyzing the forced displacement is generated in the shape model(S300). The forced displacement of the amount of errors between a formal designed value and a measurement value is assigned to the finite element network(S400).
