PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of an extract frictional material with increased Rg3 content from ginseng is provided to reduce manufacturing cost by reducing extraction time and to improve stability. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of an extract frictional material with increased Rg3 content from ginseng comprises a step of obtaining a base ginsengoside extract by using water as an extraction solvent; a step of obtaining a base ginsengoside extract by sorting the base ginsenoside extract by absorbing the extract to an absorption resin; and a step of treating the base ginsenoside material into a pH of 2-3, a temperature of 95-121°C, and a pressure of 1-2 Kpa.
