<p>PURPOSE: An organic thin film and an electric component using the same are provided to offer high permeability and excellent hole conduction by adding nano cupric oxide material, thereby improving efficiency of a solar cell. CONSTITUTION: A nano cupric oxide material is mixed in PEDOT:PSS aqueous solution. A mixture is manufactured by randomly distributing the nano cupric oxide material in the PEDOT:PSS aqueous solution. The mixture is laminated on an anode as a thin film. A work function of the thin film is diminished by heat-treating the thin film. A hole transport factor is improved.</p> |
