The invention refers to a mould of EPP/EPS material obtained by means of injecting/thermoforming the material, the mould being sealed by an improvement in the assembly guides of the press, a punching system in the molded piece may reduce the number of pistons to one, a poka yoke system being useful for aligning the mould and avoiding guide pins. The purpose of the invention is to manufacture, in Mexico, moulds with innovative systems for EPP/EPS injectors, promoting a technological independence in these molding technologies, since in Mexico this type of machinery is currently imported from Germany, China, Japan, Italy and Brazil.
