MOTOR AND ROTOR THEREOF

PURPOSE: A motor and a rotor thereof are provided to improve performance by reducing leaking magnetic flux by strengthening the intensity of a structure. CONSTITUTION: A stator has stator cores and a coil. A motor shaft is combined with a rotor. Multiple permanent magnets (320) are arranged between each rotor core. First and second cover plates (390a, 390b) are respectively arranged at the both sides of the permanent magnets. A coupling member (410) is coupled with the rotor core and the first and second cover plates.
