SYSTEM FOR REMOTE MONITORING AND DIAGNOSIS OF LCD PRODUCTION LINE

PURPOSE: A remote and diagnosis system for an LCD production line is provided to quickly solve problems on facilities in an LCD production line, thereby minimizing fault rate of LCD production and saving manpower and cost related to failures in the facilities. CONSTITUTION: A sensor node (200) measures vibrations and stresses in order to detect a fault and failure in facilities of an LCD production line, and transmits the measured data wirelessly. A base node (300) collects the measured data from the sensor node and transmits the collected data for analysis. A glass (100) for transfer test in which the sensor node is mounted, so as to sense the fault and failure in facilities of the LCD production line while moving along the LCD production line. A data analysis unit (400) receives data wirelessly from the base node, analyzes the data to output a failure site in the LCD production line, and performs diagnosis on the LCD production line. A remote management unit (500) monitors and manages the data analyzed by the data analysis unit in a remote site.
