PURPOSE: A compound, an organic electric device using the same and an electronic device is provided to improve luminous efficiency, high thermal resistance, chromatic purity and lifetime and to maintain low driving voltage by including compound represented by chemical formula (1) in an organic layer. CONSTITUTION: A compound for an organic electroluminescent device is indicated as the following chemical formula (1). An organic electric device comprises the first electrode successively laminated, an organic layer with one or more layer including the compound and the second electrode. The organic electric device makes the compound as an organic layer through solution process. The organic layer comprises one or more layer among a hole-transport layer, a light emitting assist layer, a light-emitting layer, a hole injection layer (HIL), aelectron injection layer, and an electron-transport layer.
