PURPOSE: A safety syringe capable of adjusting protrusion length of a needle is provided to automatically draw a syringe needle only when injecting a syringe liquid and to prevent accidents by drawing the syringe needle inside the same. CONSTITUTION: A safety syringe (210) capable of adjusting protrusion length of a needle comprises a cylinder which has a syringe needle to inject syringe liquid; a housing which has a slide groove extended in a direction sharply intersecting the injection direction of the syringe needle; a plunger pressurizing; a length-adjustable cover (600) capable of enabling the syringe needle to penetrate through the cover and longitudinally controlling the length of the syringe needle; and a slide block of which one side is coupled to the control cover and the other side is inserted into the slide groove.
