PURPOSE: A diesel lighter is provided to use bunker C oil as cheap extra heavy oil by using a form that a raw material is burnt by raising the raw material upwardly by using an air pressure by using a diesel engine form of a vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A diesel lighter comprises the following steps: a raw material of a lighter is bunker C oil as cheap extra heavy oil; and a diesel engine form is that a raw material is burnt by raising the raw material upwardly by using an air pressure.
