PURPOSE: An asphalt melting device is provided to reduce material costs by not discarding the asphalt and by recycling asphalt remaining after use. CONSTITUTION: An asphalt melting device (100) comprises a melting tank (110), a heating unit (130), and a remelting tank (150). The melting tank comprises a first inlet (111), a first accommodation unit (112), and an outlet. The heating unit heats and melts asphalt of a solid state which is input in a first accommodation unit of the melting tank. The remelting tank is installed on the upper part of the melting tank, and the solidified residual asphalt is remelted. The remelting tank comprises a second inlet (151), a second accommodation unit, and a support unit. A passage in which a heating medium heated in the heating unit flows is formed in the support unit.
