PURPOSE: A hot and cold water boiler for a water mat with a voice support and a remote control function is provided to enable a user to use an all-season mat, to easily control cooling and heating, and to facilitate the replacement of ice according to cooling. CONSTITUTION: A hot and cold water boiler for a water mat with a voice support and a remote control function comprises an instrument unit (1), a control unit (2), and a remote control unit (3). The instrument unit is equipped with a water tank (100), a circulation motor (200), a heating unit (130), and a cooling unit (300). The control unit controls the operation and temperature setup of the instrument unit, and supports the voice information every step of operation and setup by using a preset memory. The remote control unit is formed with a wireless receiver (3-1) which has a preset frequency on one side to be interlocked with the control unit.
