The tool (30) has a support (32) fixed on a tool body (46) and provided with an upper guide (34) and a lower guide (36) that are separated by distance lower than length of a screw (12). The upper guide includes an elastic holding unit for maintaining the screw. The holding unit is introduced or removed laterally from the upper and lower guides and moves in the guides according to a longitudinal axis of the screw. The elastic unit comprises an elastic holding clip allowing a translation of the screw according to its longitudinal axis. An independent claim is also included for a method for utilizing a tool.
