<p>The present invention relates to an internal-combustion-engine start control device for a hybrid vehicle (70) provided with a drive power output device, the drive power output device being equipped with an internal-combustion engine (10) and an electric motor (MG1). In this hybrid vehicle, intermittent control can be performed for causing an internal-combustion engine to operate intermittently, and when the internal-combustion engine is started during intermittent control, the internal-combustion engine is cranked until the engine speed reaches a target engine speed. In the present invention, if the internal-combustion engine is started when the speed of the hybrid vehicle is equal to or greater than a pre-set speed and the required drive power for the drive power output device is equal to or greater than a pre-set drive power during intermittent control, the engine speed that is set for the target engine speed is greater the higher the speed of the hybrid vehicle is.</p> |
