If the input voltage detection result of the PFC section 52 changes from a value higher than a second threshold to the second threshold or lower, the ECU 40 updates the maximum charging time on the basis of the input voltage detection result equal to or lower than the second threshold and the remaining level while continuing charging, and if the input voltage detection result of the PFC section 52 changes from a value equal to or lower than a third threshold higher than the second threshold to a value higher than the third threshold during charging, updates the maximum charging time on the basis of the input voltage detection result higher than the third threshold and the remaining level.
